Backend Engineer (Laravel + AWS)
We are seeking a Backend Engineer with experience in Laravel and AWS to join our dynamic team at Reployer, an EOR platform. As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-based software solutions that power our EOR platform. You will work closely with our Frontend Engineers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and user needs.

We are seeking a Backend Engineer with experience in Laravel and AWS to join our dynamic team at Reployer, an EOR platform. As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-based software solutions that power our EOR platform. You will work closely with our Frontend Engineers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop cloud-based software solutions using Laravel and AWS
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our applications
- Collaborate with Frontend Engineers and UI/UX designers to integrate the front-end and back-end systems
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback to designers
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in back-end development with Laravel and AWS
- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and EC2
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Understanding of agile software development methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is a plus
