Reployer is a fast-growing startup that provides a modern Employer of Record platform for employers to hire better and faster. Our mission is to make hiring more human and less transactional for both employers and their employees. We're looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our SMB customer base in DACH region.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound email and phone outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule demos with account executives
  • Collaborate with account executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and activities in our CRM
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and closed-won deals
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the Reployer product and industry trends
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar SDR role, preferably in the SMB space
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
